Can you help us test a new online employer service aimed at providing advice and guidance on managing health and disability in the workplace?

Many employers are currently facing challenges in recruiting the people they need to help their business thrive. It has never been more important for those employers to keep and develop the people they already have.
The new online employer service aims to provide joined-up advice that is easy for employers to find and act upon when managing health and disability in the workplace.
It also covers how to respond when an employee discloses information about a disability or health condition, and what to do if an employee goes off sick.
We are supporting the development of this service and we’d like your help to test it.
You may have already tested this service previously - if so, we would like to invite you to do this again.
Your feedback will make a real difference in the development of the new service, ensuring it is user-friendly and meets the needs of your business and your employees. Feedback is welcome from all organisations, especially smaller ones.
Here is a summary of the changes we have made since the last round of private testing, in direct response to user feedback:
- simplified initial navigation pages, making it easier to get the information you need from the service
- expanded user journey content, adding additional support materials about how to have good conversations about disabilities
- expanded information and signposting on occupational health support
- improved user experience by breaking up long pages of information into smaller chunks
- added additional links to trusted resources, signposting to further support
- changed the tone and language throughout the service to distinguish between sickness and disability
